[discussion] about the throne wishlist

Hie everyone, I have a little request for all of you. Could you guys put a throne wishlist pinned as your first personal post on accounts if possible, please?

I try to go through wishlists of people but when I see most of them have Amazon ones on and i can't do anything about sending gifts on those, it feels sad. I feel the scope for sending for me is far too short, only the people who have throne on.

Not that I'd be able to send ALOT of gifts, I'm a student myself and not financially independent, plus have to take care of alot of strays, but whenever I have some monetary gifts for festivals or birthdays, it'd be really nice to share some gifts!! Please do add a throne list if possible

🥺🚨

Also, would someone like to exchange some gifts on throne? I have some 10usd saved up from my early birthday gift and would love to do some exchanges! (Though 10usd is small in usd, it's pretty decent amount in my currency tbh)

[Intro] Hie, I'm Lekha!

I'm 19 and I'm student preparing for uni entrances and love doing art, watching anime and love love love dogs and cows. I also do poetry and sketches but have a pause on them as of now. Oh how can I miss reading, I'm a bookworm too!

I have been on the sub for a while but didn't post a specific intro yet so yes, nice to meet all of you! This space feels very nice and like a long lost home place!!

I've listed some of the stuff I'd really wish to have during my uni and PG stay. Id be really thankful if anyone could gift any of that or contribute, regardless, definitely have a nice day! 🤍

Productive discussion regarding female exploitation in meat/dairy production

I’ve been wanting to say this somewhere because every time I bring it up online people get weirdly hostile.

One thing I genuinely don’t understand is why feminism in India barely talks about female animals in the dairy/meat industry. I recently started seeing some global feminist pages talk about it too, and honestly it made me feel less crazy for noticing the connection.

These industries literally depend on female animals’ reproductive systems. Forced impregnation, calves taken away, bodies used for milk/eggs/babies till they stop being profitable. I genuinely don’t understand how people don’t see exploitation there.

What disappointed me the most was that some of the worst reactions I got came from self proclaimed feminists themselves. I got harassed, insulted, even threatened with doxxing because I wouldn’t back off from saying it’s unethical. One person literally argued cows “like it” because they’re “in heat anyway”.

That logic honestly disturbed me. Being in heat does not make it okay to restrain and impregnate an animal for human benefit, use her motherhood for profit, then discard/sell away the male calves once they’re inconvenient.

And before someone says “feminism is only for humans” okay, but why does bodily autonomy suddenly stop mattering when the victim is an animal? Especially when many of us do have alternatives now.

I’m not saying every Indian can immediately go fully plant based because economic and regional realities exist. But I do think more people should at least think about how normalised female animal exploitation is and why we get so defensive when it’s questioned.

I'd also request you to watch "deadly dairy " and "maa ka doodh" on youtube for deeper context.

Thank you 🤍

This mindset.

We are animals. IMHO plenty of animals eat whatever helps them live best/what they come by (though we are going to ignore that animals go out naked, risk their lives and hunt their food, while I just sit infront of a TV against a sofa with my big belly full of corpses shhh).

I'm still confused, why are we special? Why can't I keep following animals as my moral teachers while also making someone else breed and kill my prey after artificially inseminating its mother?? C'mon my canines even look like a tiger GHRRR

Sauce: WDYM I can't steal someone's life away like a wild beast

Scars on faces of two of the three siblings puppies

Two of these 3 siblings (2nd not in the picture) are growing these weird scars on face which are growing. I gave them tab avil and tab mectin as per prescription of vet but that yet doesn't seem to be working.

Have you had any experience with this? The last sibling who's also in this picture doesn't really have them but it looks like he's growing them too. Those scars are only on face btw, start with redish scar like mosquito bite and then turn darker

Dogs are carnists and making them vegan is non vegan act

Non-vegans explained to me that feeding dogs vegan is actually not vegan because it’s animal abuse, and also vegans are preachy, morally superior, privileged narcissists who force their beliefs onto others.

After hearing this I realized they were right and immediately stopped being vegan.

Now all 18 of my stray dogs eat plant-based meals because unlike vegans, I would NEVER center animals in my ethical decisions.

I hope non vegans accept me as one of them now, a total animal abuser 🤍

Need better members to grill vegoons

Isn't it already time anitaheredia & boogiekang should get a grand welcome to join this sub?

They're totally better at showing these preachy and militant stupid vegoons their place than rest and should be the leaders 💪🏻💪🏻
