The dr diagnosed me with a mild form of tuberous breast deformity and recommended a two stage approach: firstly, breast lift + fat grafting then implants. Originally, I came in asking for only implants because this two staged approach is really expensive in my country.

So now I'm wondering:

1. Is a lift and fat transfer alone going to give me enough upper pole fullness?
2. Would lift + implants be possible? It seems to be done more in places like Thailand.

I lost around 20kgs so I lost a lot of upper pole volume.

168cm 56kg
Base width 10cm
Right breast 21
Left breast 21.5
Right nipple to imf 9
Left nipple to imf 7.5

Goal: around 250cc motiva ergo (bigger but not too big)
