Has anyone here successfully improved their Instacart quality score? How long did it actually take to update for you?
Mine dropped recently and I’ve been trying hard to improve it by:
finding replacements instead of refunding
communicating more with customers
shopping carefully and checking expiration dates
staying at one store to improve speed/accuracy
But I still haven’t seen much change yet.
Did your batches get better once the score improved? And what helped you the most to raise it faster?
Would appreciate any real advice from
