Maybe Rudo’s dad is from the ground and his mom is from the sphere.

i think there is some royal family up in the sphere where we last saw Tamsy (and that he may be part of that royal bloodline too) and that they all have white hair or something (and that Rudo’s moms hair is white) hence why we see a black color from the tips of Rudo’s hair (from his dad)

and maybe thats why he was “allowed” to pass the border and survived when he fell from the sphere. because his dad or his mom or his bloodline has some kind of connection to whatever is guarding the border..

and why Tamsy and Rudo’s dad can just go up and down,,

also i know other characters have white hair like Zanka’s rival or even Dear lol
this is just a “maybe”
