Has anyone had Piezo-ICSI done in Mexico? Desperately looking for an embryologist who performs it, have frozen eggs waiting
I'm a 42-year-old with low AMH (0.36) and one functional ovary. I have 4 frozen eggs currently stored in Mexico waiting for fertilization.
I specifically need Piezo-ICSI, not standard ICSI, not PICSI. In my best IVF cycle I had 100% fertilization using Piezo-ICSI. In prior cycles with standard ICSI I had significant egg degeneration. Given my age and limited ovarian reserve, I cannot afford to lose eggs to a technique I know doesn't work for me.
l've contacted multiple clinics in Cancun and none perform it. I'm open to anywhere in Mexico: Cancun, Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, wherever. I'm also open to a qualified embryologist who could potentially travel or collaborate with a local clinic.
If you or anyone you know has had Piezo-ICSI performed in Mexico, or knows an embryologist there with hands-on experience, please reply or DM me. Even a lead or a name would mean everything right now.
I know this technique is more common in Europe and Asia, so I'm also very open to hearing from anyone who has coordinated care internationally for this specific procedure. Thank you in advance. This community has been an incredible resource and I'm really hoping someone has a lead
