Has Velocity actually showed up on your credit? If they have, were you in settlement?
I’m in a tough situation!! Looking to close on a house late August (new construction). I’m currently in a debt relief program and just received a settlement offer from Velocity.
They have never reported to my credit so I am terrified by approving or ignoring the offer it will trigger them to report. Also scared of being sued. If I wasn’t trying to get the mortgage, I would approve.
Has Velocity reported for anyone? Especially after settlement agreement?
