Possible infection risk after dental cleaning?

I’m a 31-year-old male. Today I had a routine dental cleaning/scaling at a local dental clinic.
After the procedure, I became concerned about the sterilization of the instruments. The scaling instrument was already attached to the machine when I sat down; I didn’t see the dentist attach a new tip or open a sealed packet in front of me. The tray and some of the equipment looked old and worn, and the intraoral camera had some yellowing/discoloration on it.
I did not see any visible blood, debris, tissue, or contamination on the instruments. The dentist wore gloves and performed a normal cleaning.
Afterward, I asked how they sterilize instruments. The dentist pointed to a machine with “UV” written on it (I didn’t get a good look at the full label) and said they use UV and boiling. I don’t know whether they also use an autoclave.
My concern is about blood-borne infections such as HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C.
Given:
Routine dental cleaning today
No visible contamination on instruments
Instruments looked old but not visibly dirty
Scaling tip was already attached to the machine
Dentist mentioned UV and boiling
I may or may not have had Hepatitis B vaccination as a child (not certain)
Would dental professionals consider this a significant exposure risk, or am I overestimating the danger based on the appearance of the equipment?
I’d appreciate input from dentists, hygienists, or healthcare professionals.
