This is so so incredibly embarrassing I don't know what to do. I put something inside myself that was way too big with no string/flare or safe way to remove it. I've tried relaxing, bearing down, feeling with my fingers, etc. It's simply too big.

I'm incredibly hesitant to seek help as I have recently become unhoused and have no nearby friends or family and am terrified of judgement. Please help me.
