Neighbor harassing us
Hi all, I don't know if this is appropriate for this subreddit, but I didn't know who else to ask.
My girlfriend and I are getting harassed by our neighbor. He lives in the building across from us, but we share a 'garden', and he has a view from his apartment directly into our. Every time I go outside, I see him lurking from the window, and then he goes to the balcony to have a better view.
Yesterday I was in the garden having a phone call, and he went to the balcony and stared masturbating while looking at me. I immediately went back inside, and started filming him to have a proof.
I intend on going to the police, but I am unsure if I should show them the video, or is that a violation from my side that is just gonna get me in trouble?
Besides this, he is always trying to talk to us, he invites the girls from the building to his apartment 'to help him with something', etc.
Edit: I also want to mention that this was not the first time this has happened, but we always somehow ignored it. But I feel very violated and cannot ignore it any longer
