We are building our first custom home. This is the first draft from the architect. We don’t know what we don’t know. For instance not sure if this is a good size for a prep kitchen/pantry. What typically goes into those. What about the play room which we are now considering to be place for the kids to do homework or creat a library for them. Any concerns you see or things you would do different.
