HELP - where to live
Hello - I am a 32M moving to Abu Dhabi and having a very hard time deciding where to live. I have narrowed it down to two options but will list my options. I would love some honest advice. I’m single, no pets, and work on Maryah Island.

These two are my main options, for the same price I also found options in Raha Beach and Sadiyat beach residence (smaller unit with 1 bathroom only).
I’m mainly looking for 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Ideally with a balcony and space for a dishwasher.
I know waters edge on yas is an option but for some reason I am avoiding it hard. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive to work and no dishwasher and I didn’t really like the community. But is a sold back up option should everything else fail.
Any advice at all would be super helpful as I am really stuck and have a sold list of pros and cons for either option. Canal seems higher end with better quality and is much much closer to work. Pixel seems like a nicer community and with private beach access. Help 😭
