Building remote telescope hosting site

Quick background: Im going to inherite 30 acres in the next couple of years that is located in the middle of nowhere new Mexico great dark sky. I don't want to sell land and want to keep this land in the family. But I need to find a way to make this land productive enough to cover the upkeep, maintenance and taxes insurance etc.

I have been fascinated by astrophotography ever since I saw a true dark sky in death valley absolutely stunning.

My question is what kind of demand is there for a more basic remote hosting site. I don't have the money to invest in a full high end set up that some of the more notable facilities online have. But I believe I can build a secure and reliable setup with class 2 bortle sky's above.

what's the fair market value for different levels of service all the locations I've researched are all over the board.

If I'm paying $1000/month for my telescope if something goes wrong I would expect the issues to be addressed within minutes or seconds.

Is it fair if your paying $30/month that if something happens it can take a couple days to get the proper technician onsite. Or maybe hire a skilled tech to go onsite once a week/month to fix anything but have a regular person with some training check daily.

I'm just dipping my toe into the logistics and am looking for insights into what ball park I'm playing in so I can plan accordingly.

As always I appreciate your time and responses.
