Thoughts on Southscapes Trece Martires?
Hello, we just paid for the reservation of a Salana unit in Southscapes Trece. I’ve seen only one post and some comments are a little bit confusing to me specifically:
* some “homeowners” commented like there are hidden fees etc. BUT per my knowledge no unit has been turned over yet and earliest would be Q1 2027. (Correct me if im wrong)
Can you guys suggest if this is a wise purchase? I’d also like to get an advice on the process of submitting requirements (e.g. does it need to always be submitted face to face or can it be submitted online via your agent/assigned specialist?)
I have been overthinking about this purchase ever since we paid for the reservation since we also have an upcoming wedding and fiance got unexpectedly laid off (tho we have emergency funds naman)
