Just another daily stack stack post: any gaps?

Please let me know if I am missing anything, or if anything is overall. For context: 24M who is very active and wanting to optimise sleep, hormones and general wellbeing.

Morning (with breakfast containing fat):
- 5000iu d3
- 180mcg k2
- 30mg zinc gluconate
- 6mg boron
- 2.7g EPA+DHA
- 5g creatine

Lunch:
- just 5g psyillum husk (to avoid any absorption issues with other supps). Also another 10g with my final meal of the day around 8ish

Before bed (an hour ish):
- 600mg KSM66
- 300mg magnesium glycinate
- 3g glycine
- 400mg L-theanine
- 2mg melatonin prolonged release

I also take 20mg of Accutane and 2.5mg oral minoxidil daily

Any pointers as to what I could change would be greatly appreciated!

Thrush or HSV: Conflicted!

About 2 years ago I had what I assumed was a bad case of thrush. Blisters all over the shaft of my penis, no other areas affected. The pain was genuinely severe - hurt to walk for a few days due to the crotch movement. Took about a week to fully resolve. At the time I didn't see a doctor, however my father is one so I talked to him about it who chalked it up to a bad case of thrush. I started some anti fungal treatment and the blisters seemed to cease after a few days. I was maybe 6 months into a relationship at this time so I wasn’t sleeping round with a bunch of different people.

About 6 months later I got 2-3 small blisters in the same area. Way less severe than the first time. Put some thrush cream on and it seemed to clear up within a few days.

Since then, nothing. That was about 18 months ago.

I've been doing some reading and I'm starting to wonder if the initial outbreak was actually herpes rather than thrush. I am conflicted since both outbreaks seemed to resolve with anti fungal cream, however from what I’ve read thrush doesn’t cause blistering, especially to the point where it hurts to walk and pee. I've never been formally diagnosed either way. Never got a swab done as I didn’t even consider the possibility of herpes.

Has anyone experienced something similar? In hindsight was your "thrush" actually herpes? The severity of that first outbreak still sticks with me — it was unlike anything I'd experienced before or since. Also worth noting I'm in NZ so blood testing for HSV isn't really a standard option here, making it hard to get a confirmed answer without an active outbreak to swab.
