Is anyone experiencing being in a household with toxic Filipino parents who are also INC?

I just wonder how everyone’s holding up and what are you doing to help yourselves in terms of preserving your sanity. Because I am about to slowly lose it.

I just got a job and I’m saving up for a car and to move out. And to hopefully finally leave INC. But it’s not easy, and I’m trying to toughen it up while I’m still living with my parents. But it’s at the cost of my mental health and sanity.

Any advice, or sharing your story, etc would be appreciated.
