Hey mamas!  What are your go-to postnatal vitamins? I’m on the hunt for the best ones that actually work and don’t taste like chalk. Any recs? Bonus points if they’ve got some breastfeed benefits . We are expecting our baby soon and I want to be ready for postpartum with good vitamins . Plus if they are easy to swallow.
