Imagine if Bungie pulls a CDPR and continues to drop QoL updates to D2 even after they say this is the last update? (Insane Copium below)

Context: after 2.1 (Phantom Liberty), CDPR said that they are done updating Cyberpunk 2077 and that it was the ”last big update”. Then came 2.2, then 2.3 (both pretty decently sized updates).. and now there’s speculation that they’re gonna drop another update to the game when they themselves said they were done with updates.

I just saw the sneak preview of the new Void abilities coming with the update and dude… come on. You can’t cook something this insanely good and then just dip right after.

I know they already said this is the last bit of live service content, but after seeing how much feedback they got from the community- and especially the huge reaction during the State of Play- Imagine if there’s even the slightest chance they go, “Okay, we’re done with major expansions and updates… but here’s some abilities from Destiny Rising,” or maybe, “We found time to bring back some old content, so here’s Scourge of the Past reprised”? Honestly, I’d take that if we gotta wait X amount of years before they announce or even publish D3.

I know I’m inhaling dangerous amounts of copium here, but seriously, can you imagine?

Anyways, what do you guys think?
