Hi, I have just moved out as a tenant from a rental property. I need help trying to fix this carpet spot. I had two big suitcases placed here for several months. The real state thinks it’s an iron mark, and it looks like that, however I have never used an iron in the carpet.

What is this and how I can fix it?
