Proctor issue
My proctor reached out because she only received one of my two upcoming exam codes. She stated she received that email on May 28 but no email for the other. She alerted me as the exam period opens soon and she knows we need that to proceed with testing. Responses have been so slow lately I'm terrified this will not be resolved prior to exams. Has anyone else experienced this? How quickly did you get it resolved?
