hello! i am a 22 year old female and was just diagnosed with early degenerative spondylitis at L3-L4 to L5-S1

Also have mild left substtocular stenosis at L4-L5 and mild left foraminal stenosis at L5-S1 with slight abutment of the L5 nerve root.

I have been having lots of pain radiating down my leg which prompted my back MRI.

Was told i need to see my PCP to get PT started and i’m also getting a pack of steroids to go home from ED with.

What do you guys do to help your pain, i have been using a walker at home the past couple of days it’s been so debilitating.
