Receiving Payments Disabled.

I opened my Slice account in March due to some reason, and yesterday my account suddenly got disabled/closed. I received the account disabled email, but whenever I reply to it or contact support, I’m not getting any response.
I even submitted my bank statement and details they asked for, but still no update from their side. The main issue is that a ₹10,000 payment was received around the same time my account got closed, and now I can’t access anything.
Has anyone faced something similar with slice?
What should I do next to get a response or recover the account/money?
also I’m unemployed/self employed did transaction around 213k this april. They need ITR and Salary slip and all.

Any help would be appreciated.
