I live in Georgia (USA). I saw a black snack crawl into one of these holes in the garage foundation. They are deep, so I can’t see the snake at the moment. From what I can tell, it is a southern black racer (about 3 feet long, looked slippery, was fairly quick). Unfortunately I couldn’t get a picture.

Is there any way to coax the snake out of the hole? I want to seal up these holes with concrete, but don’t want to trap him in there.
