Where to go from here?
Hi all,
Have recently started at the gym and want to put on muscle without getting fat. I have changed my diet to include a lot more protein and am eating cleaner. At this point I am hitting just under maintenance daily. Working a PPL split throughout the week.
Thoughts on where to go from here?
