Apart from indoor swing syndrome, what else would cause shorter than expected distances?
Just got up and running with my Uneekor EML and definitely experiencing some oddly short distances. While I’m open to the possibility that indoor swing syndrome is the culprit - it seems hard to believe that it would be happening to the degree that is playing out. My 8i is usually my 170 ish club and I can’t get the ball to carry more than the mid 140s. I even flushed a couple that I would have expected to be 175-180.
Anyway, what else might cause discrepancies like this? My GPU isn’t particularly great and the games do seem to run pretty slow. So I’m thinking possibly the slow software could maybe glitch the hardware/camera system? I’m also not certain that the alignment and the height of the LM relative to my hitting strip is 100% on the mark, but they’re also pretty close.
Maybe something with the lighting in the garage? I’m using chrome soft golf balls and hitting off of the hitting strip while standing on the mat. I’m not sure what other details would be relevant.
