Finally built G2 Makuta and he’s a beast!
After I bought a spare Tahu Uniter, I entertained the idea of beginning to build Makuta to see how far I would be able to get. Surprisingly, I got 95% through! I cannibalized the spare Tahu, lord of skull spider, storm beast, the Kylo Ren figure, and a bunch of technic and CCBS pieces I had laying around. I honestly didn’t think I would’ve gotten this far, the only things missing are some armor pieces and a good amount to make his weapons. Since I don’t have the mask of ultimate power or mask of control I went through a couple of masks to see which I liked most. I ended up going with the Trans mask of fire since it matched his fire like torso, and also as a tribute to his first appearance in MNOG. I really love this build! Definitely recommend building him if you have the pieces, my only advice is to replace the original ankle bone (the bone grinder legs) to the one I built with the friction extender added, it helps him stand better.
