Need a sense check for my upgrade plan

Hello, hope you are all well. I bought/built my pc about 4 years ago, and have been pretty out of the loop since then, however recently I had the urge to upgrade. (I am in the UK so all costs are in GBP, also feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about anything, I'm no expert at this). :)

Specs: CPU: i5-12400F

MB: h610m-k d4

RAM: 1x32 DDR4 3200Mhz (one slot on the mb is bust i think :| )

GPU: rtx 3070

After realising the severity of the global ram situation, I stumbled upon the famous microcentre bundles, and thought the 7800X3D one looked pretty nice. ~£450 for an extremely good cpu and ram combo, with the right motherboard as well.

As they are in-store only, I had the idea to get a friend to buy them and ship them to me, ~£50 via UPS (i think, used parcelmonkey with the weight as 3.5kg, which is probably on the heavier end right? these are not heavy components)

So essentially £500 for what would normally be 300(cpu) + 350(ram) + 150(mb) = £800. SO is this as good a plan as I feel it is? Should I get a different bundle? Should I do nothing and wait? Is there anything I'm missing? Give me your thoughts, thanks in advance!

edit: formatting, also I'll need a new PSU right? my current is 650W
