I have noticed a countermark (circled in red) does anybody know why would that coin have it? Do you know where I could learn more about it? Who made that countermark the romans or the muslims?

Here is my 3 seal. This one is slightly shorter than the ones I sent previously. When reading the invocarions is there like a set list - like in the case of coin inscriptions. Or all of them were custom?

I recently aquired a byzantine seal, I am new to seals could anybody help me id or guide me in the right direction on how to do that?
I believe that this is what is written on the back:
ΩΑ / ΙΑΚ / ΦΡΥΚΑ / ΣΗΑΡΤ / ΥΛΑΗ
The left one is 1.86g 12.19mm
The right one is 1.50g 11.05mm
