Big Law Lateral Offer

31F associate at a small firm. Make about $200k with an 1,800 billable requirement. I genuinely like my firm, the people, and the work. I have a lot of seniority and am very comfortable where I am.

The issue is I hate the city. It's basically a retirement community and my personal life is nonexistent.
I got an offer in a city I want to live in. Same type of work, around $300k comp, plus 4 weeks a year working remotely from anywhere. Downside is a 2,000 billable requirement and starting over at a new firm. How hard is it to bill 2k a year. I’m not a litigator and do transactional work that doesn’t really involve emergency or fires that require all nighters.
