[TOMT][MOVIE/SERIES][<2000] Weird torture/interrogation scene
I am going insane trying to find the name (or even just that one specific clip) from a movie/series that I saw around 10 years ago, possibly on YouTube.
It looked old - maybe 90s or early 2000s judging by the recording quality.
The scene featured several people trapped (?) inside an old industrial building or warehouse. A man was being interrogated by a woman. He refused to talk, so one of her henchmen sat him on a table/shelf with a drawer attached.
The henchman pulled one of the man’s testicles out through his pants and stuck it inside the drawer. The woman then took a running start and kicked/slammed the drawer shut crushing it 💀
The last thing I remember was loud male laughter coming from a speaker/intercom somewhere in the room, like somebody was remotely watching everything through CCTV.
The whole movie had a grimy, edgy vibe. I’m not sure about the country of origin, but I vaguely remember it being Asian.
