Spouse visa - Passport not showing in Personal Details section
Hello! We got a decision on my spouse visa a while back, but due to the desired travel date we put, it starts on 26 May. I travel on 28 May. I have already linked my visa to my account, but the personal details section says I have not confirmed my identity yet and doesn’t have my passport number (I did go through the process, scanned my passport, took a photo etc, and I got a confirmation email that everything has been linked).
Is it possible that the option to see/add your identity document only appears after the official start of your visa? Since I travel so close to the start date, I’m worried if the issue persists, I won’t be able to fix it on time to travel.
I use my passport number to log in, and the photo I took during the ID check is appearing in the main section where I can view my visa and generate a share code, so I assumed everything is properly linked, but this error on the personal details page is weird.
