Location: Bole, 22 Mazoria. 5 minutes from main road.
Land Size: 500 sqm (Total area matches map and possession). (With possible 500sqm next door)
Existing Structure: Currently contains a villa (ready for redevelopment).
Project Vision: Strictly Residential Apartment Development.
Partnership Terms:
Requested Share: 35% of the total built project (negotiable based on project design and developer offer).
Partner Requirements: Seeking established developers with a proven track record of on-time delivery, financial stability, and high-quality construction standards.
