I have a national health insurance policy through a TPA from office. It mentions psychologist and psychiatric help via opd and ipd. Has anyone heard of it or tried it before? I am suffering and unable to work through tight deadlines. I was diagnosed long back in a different city and then stopped as i was jobless for a while. Need advice.
