Hey guys

I've always loved career mode, but recently I've been struggling coming up with motivation to play long saves. Building a team over time and developing the players while being realistic is so much fun to me. Does anyone have any save ideas, or challenges, that I can do that are realistic, and have the potential to be my next long-term save?
