Just started a new job a week in and about to leave for better offers

After a year of fighting to get back on my feet I got hired for a job in April 2026 only to get fired three weeks in and literally the same month I got laid off in April 2025. That stung!

Fast forward to June 1st I got a job on the day of the interview and took it! Wasn’t happy about working hourly especially for $27 but I was desperate. Two days after I got two new offers….
A job 25mins away for 60K Salary and another that is 10mins away from home for $31.50 an hour (they have now told me it’s salary; offer will be revised) so pretty much $65K and it 7:30am to 4pm which is better than what im doing now at 8 -5pm (dreadful and commute is 25mins away).

I hate doing jobs dirty especially when their on-boarding procedure has been good and well prepped compared to the one I got fired from.

I plan on leaving next week Monday after I finish the shift and send a resignation letter along with photos of their Fob on my desk. New job that is close to me wants me to start next Thursday.

Why do I feel bad for leaving and as well do you think im making a good decision??

This is in Toronto Canada btw.
