My monitor has been doing this for about a week since I moved back from college. It’s like an intermittent jitter. It’s worse on google or desktop but for some reason when I play valorant it seems to not happen. I feel like it’s a driver issue, but I’m not sure. I don’t know much about computers, my brother built it for me. Please, somebody help and inform me on what to do.

Hey yall, not so tech savvy person with a pc who is confused why this is suddenly happening out of nowhere. I recently moved from college back home for this summer and as you can see in the video my mouse is pausing during fluid movements. Any ideas for fixes?

I moved from college back to home today. Went to get my setup back together at home and this happened when I went to check my WiFi speed. Does anyone know if this is something fixable? Or maybe a trick to get it to stop?
