Liael= Amorta and Blangdmire Fantome interaction?
I want clarification , before I go to far with this. But if I use Liael= Amorta's guard skill, paying the cost <discard 1 card from hand & Bottom two cards from bind zone> but can't chose a fated one is that a rules infraction or just no targets ? And the reason Im using Blandmire fantome is because he binds his own from drop zone. Would this work or no, because I can't fulfil the effect of the card regardless if i pay cost or not?
