Two Loan Servicers Success?

Has anyone had any success having two loan servicers and getting the correct monthly payment amount across both servicers?

I've kind of posted about this before and I'm still struggling to get this corrected. To try to sum it up quickly:

-I have two different loan servicers (because something got messed up when I went to consolidate and every agent failed me when I asked how to fix it)
-I applied for IDR online through Federal Student Aid (FSA), checked the box that I have multiple loan servicers, and was quoted a monthly payment of basically $650.
-Loan Servicer-A ("LS-A"): charging me $650
-Loan Servicer-B ("LS-B"): also charging me $650
-Total monthly amount: $1,300 which is more than 10% of my discretionary income
-Tried to submit new applications online to each loan servicer, but they want updated info and seem to have a difficult time understanding I'm asking for a RECALCULATION of the original application (yes my income has increased and I think it's quite unfair to have to suddenly pay an increased amount just bc my app was messed up when I should technically still be paying the correct amount based off my original application)

-LS-A says they're told by FSA how much to charge me and they likely can't do anything about it and are now refusing to put me in forbearance while they're trying to recalculate my original application (that was submitted through FSA)
-FSA says that's not true, they just take the application and send it to the loan servicers, they don't calculate anything.

So everyone is pointing the finger and everyone else and I'm getting stuck in the crossfire.

I'm now being advised to just consolidate my loans, essentially losing two years towards PSLF and there's no way to know what my new PSLF count will be, so I don't have to fight with two loan servicers and go through this every year.

I'm just looking for advice, solutions, or if anyone has been able to successfully manage two different loan servicers and NOT pay more than they're supposed to?

I also hope what I said makes sense. I'm extremely frustrated right now as I've been fighting this for 5 months now, having SUPERVISORS tell me it can be sorted out, just to be told this morning by a different supervisor that it's basically futile and I've been fighting a loosing battle.
