Network transfer more than 16 hours and income calls showings the person you have reached is not accepting calls at this time
Hi, I just joined usmobile last night and it's been a nightmare. Used warp but download rate is 1Mbps and then decided to transfer to Dark star. Then my number incoming calls will become """I'm sorry, the person you are trying to reach has a voice mail box that has not been set up yet. Please try again later, bye.""". Tried everything with the specialist in the chat for over 4 hours but no luck. Then the specialist help me to transfer from Dark star to light speed....and 16 hours later..which is now...now the transfering is still not done and when someone calls my number, it will be 'the person you have reached is not accepting calls at this time'. I'm feeling so sad and disappointed of this service and not sure what to do now:(
