I've tried 3 separate times on ID.-me and the latter and neither website works. The first tells me that there's an error code which comes up as "the system timed out or couldn't verify your information", which makes sense, but I'm 19 and have never had a job and I don't have my social security card because my dad refuses to give it to me, so there is literally no way for me to verify in any other way on ID.-me. I tried on Login.-gov, and now it's saying it can't verify the phone number* that I've been using for almost 10years. Can someone please help? I don't know what to do, because I need a card for my new job. Should I just go to the social security office?
