We've been together for 1.5 years. I've \[29F\] recently come to the realization that I have an anxious attachment style while I'm fairly certain that my bf \[35M\] has an avoidant attachment style. I really want to try and make this work. I've seen that it could as long as we both put in the effort needed. What is the best way to bring this up without overwhelming him? We're in a bit of a rough patch right now and want to be able to bring this up in a way where we could move forward. I'm just not really sure how to do that.
