I have used minoxidil fir past 5 months but there is no such evident results till now, and i found the thinning of hair is still going on, what should i do

I applied 1 ml minoxidil everyday night around 30 min before bed for past 6 month, i didnt get any result till now but felt my hair became more thiner, i will share my pics below
