Finished Blue Shift on my 3rd sit after taking all of your recommendations super into consideration. This sit was 20 minutes longer than the previous two sittings and I was able to finish. Thank you for your support. I'll be quiting my job as a father so I can simply spend more time doing what I truly love: sitting.

Well, this is my second time sitting and I reached Focal Point. That's 1 sit more than the average. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
