Hi everyone,

I own a Samsung Ultra (PHONE) if that changes anything. I am looking for another watch, not sure what's good around now. Ideally I would like it to do the following

decent battery life 3+days

fitness tracking

Sleep tracking.

Also can anyone who's had a galaxy watch ultras, tell me how long the battery lasts on that on average? Thanks.

I have tried to order some things from Iherb but I keep getting emails saying things are out of stock after ordering, so I've given up.(as you cant speak to a human)

Seeing as I am in the UK, can anyone suggest any great companies where you buy your supplements?

Someone suggested Pharma Nord UK, Viridian I believe. If anyone has used these brands and can tell me what they think or a suggestion on who to use that would be appreciated. Thanks.

Magnesium Glycinate/ Glycine question.

Hi everyone,

For roughly two years prior to the past four months, I had been taking magnesium glycinate for sleep and general wellbeing, and it definitely helped me. However, after about a year of starting it, I think it may have become a contributing factor to the insomnia I then experienced for the following year.

At the start of this year I stopped all my supplements. Then, in the last month, I started taking just glycine powder — and I can say this has definitely helped my sleep. I've never been able to fall asleep so quickly as I have since starting it.

My question is: how has glycine helped, yet magnesium glycinate seemingly affected me negatively? The glycine component appears to be beneficial for my sleep, so what role did the magnesium play?

Any other forms others have found to help with sleep? Thanks.

Hi everyone,

Trying to fix a rough idle on a swift. I've been checking what's suggested online. It's had spark plugs in the last three, four years. The car has done 120,000+ no vacuum leaks. No error codes just runs rough, does like a scrating noise once warm and has done for a few years. What would you suggest next?
