okay so i live in a shared building, and random while I was doing something the lights started flickering, not in a obviously way but it's more subtle but definitely noticable.

I checked the other lights in different rooms, same issue. also the fans which was running on high just a few minutes ago, was running on low or medium now too.

i have no clue what to do, i recently moved in here and used to living in apartments and the current home owners are overseas.
