I'm from Kosovo and have a confirmed in-person appointment at Amazon Germany (DBW8 Meßkirch) on May 27th for a warehouse job.

Amazon's email says they will help me fill out work permit documents on site. I'm applying under the Westbalkanregelung.

Has anyone gone through this process with Amazon or another large employer?

What documents should I bring?

What happens at the appointment — do they issue the contract and Vorabzustimmung on the same day?

How long after the appointment did you receive your visa approval?
