Some people in leadership are so focused on being in everyone’s good books that they forget authenticity matters too.
Creating an image of “we’re one big family” and wanting everyone to stay only works when the intentions are genuine, not when bias, manipulation and selective behaviour are visible behind closed doors.
A department grows through trust, not performance of being a “nice person.
Plus yes it’s drowning !!!
