But anytime she comes over to visit me in person, my mind suddenly goes blank and I don’t know what to talk about anymore. Sometimes we just sit there quietly and I end up overthinking it.

Has anyone else dealt with this before, and how do you usually keep conversations flowing in person?

I’ve always been unsure about this and never really asked anyone directly.

In the UK, is it considered rude or normal to ask a coworker what they earn? I’ve heard different opinions on it, with some people saying it’s private and others saying it should be open.
