Been without a propane grill for about a year, and don't get me wrong I love charcoal, I love my pellet smoker but being able to start a grill and have diner on the table in under 20 is hard to beat! Scored this Spirit Ep425 stealth for 500 bucks, lucked out with a scratched model they offered to mark down. Jerk chicken and some smoked sausage for maiden voyage. Sear burners kick ass BTW.
