I am planning on filing for sinusitis. Have been to the va primary and va ent doc a few times over the last 6 months about it. I see them mention through the doctors notes about all the details but never really say the words “chronic” even though according to the 38CFR it should be. Is there a best way that people have found to get specific claim terminology added to doctors notes? Like is it better to be straight up and talk to them about claims? Or something like linking a secondary claim to something already service connected. Since VA doctors notes are different from a nexus letter how have you guys found it best to do this?
