I’m about three weeks away from having a total laparoscopic hysterectomy leaving my ovaries. I’m 46 and have a 25 week pregnancy size uterus from multiple fibroids. I’ve been trying to avoid a hysterectomy for 15 years dealing with challenging symptomology and I’m finally over it. I still bleed regularly every 28 days. Can anyone give me any tips for before and after surgery. I live alone and I’m curious about props, tools, belly, bands, or other healing items I should have at home.
